Previewing Information to be Printed
The Print Preview command opens a viewing window, which displays the selected information as it will appear in printed format. This command is available on the menu and on the Print toolbar.
The toolbar buttons on the viewing window provide these printing and viewing options:
- Print-sends the data to the default printer.
- Next Page-displays the next page of information.
- Prev Page-displays the previous page of information.
- Two Page/One Page-switches between two-page and one-page views of the information.
- Zoom In-enlarges the page size (but shows less of the page)
- Zoom Out-reduces the page size (but shows more of the page)
- Close-closes the viewing window.
To preview information to be printed
- Open the folder whose contents you want to print.
- On the File menu, point to Print and then click Print Preview to open a viewing window displaying the information to be printed.
Or click Print Preview on the Print toolbar.
To print the information, click Print. To close the viewing window, click Close.
